spacious room, beautiful glass walls, direct mall access

The rooms need better maintenance!!! Blackout curtains not functioning, outdated shower, and poor pillow quality!!! The WiFi issues and noise from adjoining rooms detracted from the stay overall!!!

Positive, I had a great stay. The spacious room featured beautiful glass walls and a comfy bed. I loved the breakfast served on the rooftop, really nice views! Plus, the location is perfect right across a big mall. Plenty of Ubers available nearby. 😄

Upon checking in, I faced an unexpected charge for my stay, which seemed unfair especially as I had just arrived. The staff's attitude during check-in and breakfast left much to be desired. I was met with rudeness when I asked for a coffee before breakfast hours. Additionally, there was a lack of facilities, such as no kettle or proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made my stay feel less comfortable than anticipated.

During my short stay, I appreciated the spacious room that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The rooftop terrace was perfect for breakfast, with a nice view of the small but enjoyable pool. Its location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from shopping and restaurants, which made it easy to grab a meal or essentials nearby.

The room was impressive! Spacious and had beautiful glass walls. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight, with fresh coffee that was actually enjoyable this time. Trust me, it’s hard to find good coffee when you're on the road.

It wasn’t cheap, but for the amenities and comforts, still acceptable.

i really enjoyed my stay with easy access to the nearby plaza infante rivarola and paseo carmelitas, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and daily explorations.

i had a great stay at hub hotel! my room was very clean with large windows giving me nice city views. the location was fantastic, right across from a mall with a lovely al fresco food court. the staff was super helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable bed and great rooftop breakfast stand out during a recent 4-night stay. However, the room felt quite compact, and the pillows were too firm for a good night's sleep. Noise from adjoining rooms made relaxing difficult, and luggage assistance would have been appreciated upon arrival.
